Welcome to our online booking site

Jane offers online booking in a beautifully designed system that’s easy to use.  If you haven’t done so already, please go ahead and create an account. Once set up, you’ll be ready to start booking your appointments whenever it is most convenient for you by logging on to the Jane portal and seeing availability.  A few clicks and you can be confirmed with a time that works best with your schedule.

A couple things to note.  For existing patients, there will be two options for you to schedule when you book an appointment: Established Patient Self Pay and Established Patient Insurance Visit. Please pick which applies to you. As a new or existing patient, please also be mindful to pick the right location, Amsterdam Ave or Northyards Campus. Northyards campus is exclusively for Publicis Media employees.

Also, when you book an appointment, you will be prompted to add a credit card on file for your account if you have not done so already. Credit card data is stored at the highest security standard - PCI Level I. Jane uses tokenization of cards to ensure that credit card numbers are never at risk.  This is a required step but shouldn’t be a problem as most of you are familiar with how we already store credit cards to make checkout a breeze.

Online booking is super convenient, but we will still be on hand to assist until you get the hang of it! Thank you for continuing to allow us to serve you!
